Service Dog Raise & Train Program 

Our service dog raise and train program is for disabled handlers who already have a dog or puppy selected for service work or will have the trainer help select a puppy for service work. The trainer will keep the dog or puppy in the trainer's home for an extended amount of time, typically 6 months to a year. During this time, the trainer will work on foundational obedience (sit, down, heel, place, focus/engagement), as well as public access skills (ignoring people in public, behaving in a public setting, being able to settle for a longer duration of time, etc) in multiple environments. Foundations for some task training, and some task training will be completed during this time. This program is perfect for the disabled handler, who isn't able to raise a puppy themselves, or who would feel better getting their dog/puppy for a solid foundation.
